New map reminder

People seem to have regressed back to their 3-map rotation recently, it would be great if you could add back that red/purple MOTD message that appeared reminding people of what new (or alternative) maps are available. For example:

"Hey autists, don't forget you can also play on: coldwar | ethra3map1 | ragera3map1 | on_xra3map1 | ra3map18 | ra3map21 | lastarena"

I know they sometimes appear in the 3 options to vote from at each map end but it's not enough apparently
