New Function : join the bingo hype!

Only on the retards for testing!
Goal is to make this rankings a periodically izi goodie giveaway and a special reserved clantag for the next period!
So please come test, use it at will , and be proud if u deserved next months special GAY-OF-THE-MONTH tag!
Atm testing bigtime for fun. but maybe we will implement also on other servers.
Commands to use :
!imgay or !bingo triggers a random imgay song. if u hit the song starting with girl, imgay then u get bingo points!
!mybingo : shows your current bingo stats
!bingos : shows the top 20 player bingo ranks. The ranks are calculated based on nr of tries and hits,
Keep rules in mind :
-You can't earn bingo points with !soundsoff
-You can't earn bingo points from spectator
-You need at least 25 tries to get on the !bingos list
-Theres a limit of 100 tries atm.
